Now you can login to your AlJazira account on your phone by using your Face ID or Fingerprint as an authentication method when using AlJazira App

How to register your Fingerprint or Face ID on AlJazira App

Through AlJazira App on your smart device, enter your username and Password.
From the authentication box (right below the user credentials), select Face ID or Fingerprint depending on your iPhone model.
Read the terms and conditions carefully.
Tap “Activate”.
Enter the one-time passcode to complete the activation of your Face ID or Fingerprint.

How to remove your Fingerprint or Face ID from a registered device

Login to AlJazira SMART.
Navigate to the Self Service menu and select Fingerprint settings.
Select the registered device(s) then tap on “Remove”.

How to view your registered devices

Login to AlJazira App.
Navigate to the Self Service menu and select Fingerprint settings to view your registered device(s).
