This offer is valid for Aljazira Bank credit cards (excluding low-limit cards).
The campaign includes local and international online purchases made using card details, as well as local and international purchases made online or at point-of-sale terminals via mobile wallets, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
Point-of-sale (POS) purchase transactions made using the physical card are excluded from the campaign.
If a customer holds multiple cards, cashback will be awarded to each card that meets the minimum spend requirement.
Card must be active and non-delinquent at the time of cashback deposit to be eligible for the offer benefits.
Cashback will be credited within 30 working days after the campaign end date.
Refunds, returns, disputed transactions, cash advances, fees, transfers, SADAD and payments are excluded from the campaign.
Cashback is subject to the terms and conditions of the loyalty programs (the customer will not receive any cashback if the merchant’s bank is incorrectly classified).
The offer does not apply to transactions made through the La Tajil installment plan.
Customer cannot benefit from two offers running at the same time, terms and conditions apply.

No claim or objection from the customer will be accepted 30 days after the date of depositing the cashback.
The bank's decision to grant the cashback is final and cannot be modified.
All disputes will be subject to bank investigation and resolved within five (5) business days.
